NOTICE OF DELAWARE TOWNSHIP PUBLIC HEARING ON THE TRANSFER OF RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE NO. R-10722 INTO DELAWARE TOWNSHIP FROM THE PA LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD

PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on the transfer of restaurant liquor license no. R-10722 into Delaware Township from the PA Liquor Control Board on the 26th day of June, 2019, at 7:15 p.m., at the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments and recommendations of interested individuals within the Municipality concerning the applicant’s intent to transfer a License into the Municipality.

Proposed Resolution 2019-02 can be reviewed in its entirety at the Delaware Township Municipal Office located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Delaware Township seeks qualified candidates for the following seasonal part-time employment opportunities – Memorial Day through Labor Day:

Lifeguards
Must be CPR and lifeguard/lakefront certified. Duties include enforcing all facility policies, inspection of equipment, record keeping, and additional duties as assigned by Supervisor. Must be available for rotating shifts as scheduled including weekends and holidays.

Gatekeepers
Must be reliable and self-motivated. Must be available for rotating shifts as scheduled including weekends and holidays.

Park Supervisor
Duties include opening/closing park facilities, scheduling and managing seasonal staff, enforcing policies, record keeping, scheduling and overseeing events, as well as other tasks as requested by administration. Experience managing lifeguards preferred. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must hold a valid state driver’s license.

Public Works
Duties include upkeep of all publicly owned facilities, mowing grass, manual labor, etc. Applicants interested in continuing seasonally year to year preferred.
