 Request for Proposals for Lawn Maintenance #2

Dear Contractor,

Delaware Township is seeking proposals from qualified lawn services contractors to provide weekly mowing, trimming, and blowing of specified areas at the following locations, April 1^st to October 1^st, 2022:

Ball Park Road:

1. Fields 1,2,3
2. Basketball area.
3. Concession and sides of road
4. Pavilion area
5. Field 4 and surrounding areas

Contractors must maintain liability insurance in an amount and form satisfactory to the Township, with the Township named as an additional insured.  In addition, the successful contractor must maintain workers compensation insurance in accordance with state law, and provide proof of compliance, or proof exemption.

2. Emergency Management Bldg.
3. Pond area.
5. Apple orchard

RECREATION MEETING CHANGE NOTICE

The Delaware Township Recreation Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Delaware Township Emergency Management Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA.

Moving forward, the Delaware Township Recreation Committee will hold regularly scheduled meetings on the second (2^nd) Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.  These meetings will be held at the Akenac Park Recreation Hall, April through September, located at 119 Abbey Lane, Dingmans Ferry, PA; and at the Delaware Township Emergency Management Building, October through March, located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA.

A Special Meeting for the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Delaware Township Municipal Building, 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328; the meeting agenda will include the American Rescue Plan and any other business that may arise.
