Swimming Pools & Spas

Important Notice to all Delaware Township residents regarding swimming pools and spas.

Please be reminded that all residents that have swimming pools that hold 24" of water require both a Zoning and Building Permit.  Pools with less than 48" sides require a fence.  All spas require permits as well.

The above information applies to in ground, above ground and storable pools.
