 Request for Proposals for Lawn Maintenance #2

Dear Contractor,

Delaware Township is seeking proposals from qualified lawn services contractors to provide weekly mowing, trimming, and blowing of specified areas at the following locations, April 1st to October 1st, 2022:

Ball Park Road:

  1. Fields 1,2,3
  2. Basketball area.
  3. Concession and sides of road
  4. Pavilion area
  5. Field 4 and surrounding areas

Contractors must maintain liability insurance in an amount and form satisfactory to the Township, with the Township named as an additional insured.  In addition, the successful contractor must maintain workers compensation insurance in accordance with state law, and provide proof of compliance, or proof exemption.

However, the Township in its sole discretion may elect to award the Contract To any Bidder if The Township believes it is in its best interest to do so.
