Delaware Township Emergency Management under the authority of the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will host an EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS FORUM specifically for business owners and authorized homeowner association management/ representatives of Delaware Township. This forum will focus emergency preparedness for businesses and community association boards/management and is not intended for the general public. A separate forum will be held for residents.

The program will be held on Saturday December 11, 2021 at the Delaware Township Municipal Building at 116 Wilson Hill road.

Beginning at 830 am and concluding at 1000 am - for business owners and community association representatives

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with the Township’s incoming appointed Emergency Management Coordinator, Matthew Light, receive information on township and personal “preparedness activities”, contribute key information necessary to the current rewrite of the Township Emergency Operations Plan to be adopted early in 2022 and learn about volunteer activities in support of disaster response. Following the presentation there will be a question and answer period and light refreshments will be served. There is no need to RSVP, however, those interested in attending should select the appropriate session as indicated and arrive promptly so that schedules can be maintained.
