Road Encroachment Permit is for Township Roads; PennDot requires a permit for State Roads. Plans showing the revision must be drawn to scale, and to the IRC 2003 Code for one and two family dwellings. Any and all additional fees must be paid. The revised plan must then be approved by the respective department(s) before any further work on the project may continue.
